Below there are a list of questions that developers might ask about the iReal GL. If you have a question that is not here, please email Guy_W@Lecky-Thompson.net.

How do I use the iReal GL?

As you would any other library. Either get the binary for your platform, or get the source code and compile it yourself.

If you just want to use the nice header files, just grab 'em.

Why would I want to use the iReal GL?

It'll save you time. If you want, for example, to create a game universe based on a tile model (or cell model) the CGrid class means you don't have to think about it yourself.

Is anyone else using the iReal GL?

Erm. We don't know. We'd like to, though, so if you are, you know what to do.

How do I use the [Class Name] Module?

On SF there are a series of API documents that deal with each class separately. While these provide accurate and (hopefully) up-to-date information, there will also be a set of development guides that will be released as part of the iReal GL 1.0.
